How We Quote
1. You send the tender document (WhatsApp or email — a link or photos of key pages is enough to start). 2. We assess it free of charge and tell you what is required and how we would approach it. 3. You receive a fixed quotation with scope and delivery date. The price does not change unless the scope changes. 4. We deliver your submission-ready tender before the deadline.
Why Not Just Publish a Price List?
Because an honest price depends on the actual document. A HK$500,000 cleaning tender and a HK$50 million construction tender are both "one tender" — but they are not the same job. Publishing a single number would mean overcharging the simple ones and underdelivering on the complex ones.

Do you charge per page? No. We quote a fixed fee per tender based on the actual work involved.
Do you charge more if we win? No success fees on standard engagements — the price we quote is the price you pay. (Long-term bid support arrangements are available separately.)
What if we only need part of the tender written? We can quote for specific sections only — a technical proposal, a pricing schedule, or document checking.
